How will you get all my information?

We will manage to download all your financial information. We utilize software that allows for the automated downloading of financial documents from most banks and additional software for data transfer. Those that don’t partner with the software, we go and get ourselves.

Who will do my books?

Bookkeeping is a team function, not an individual one. We review all the work that is completed. Also, we are happy to work with your CPA on items we feel they should advise.

When will I get my financial reports?

Our goal is to have your financials to you as quickly as possible. It depends on how quickly we can get the financial documents needed for final reconciliations. We can provide reports within days or, at the latest, a week.

How long does it take to do my bookkeeping each month?

It varies from client to client. We will work with you to set up an efficient process. Once through the onboarding process, we will communicate reasonable expectations to you.

Who do I call and talk to you if I have a question?

You can call and converse with your bookkeeper at any time. However, the Operations Director and Owner are available to you at any time as well.

How will I be billed, and how often?

We bill our clients once a month. Clients can pay via ACH or Credit/Debit card, whichever is easiest.
